Narayana Reddy Gardens, Nizampet Road, Kukatpally. Tollywood Actress Ranjanaa Mishra formally Inaugurated the mela and Celebrity Chef Ruchika
Sharma Light the traditional Lamp.
On the occasion Ranjanaa Mishra, said
that “It’s nice to see various apparel, particularly Ikat Fabrics,
silk and cotton saris, to be showcased for the Handloom Fashion Connoisseurs.
“Handlooms are part of an age
old Indian tradition - element of Indian culture and rich
artistry” says Ruchika Sharma .
We support the artisans and local community who have
been passing on their skills for generations. Promoting creativity and
originality, each design is a result of individual artisan’s creativity which
is influenced by the local traditions and cultures “said Mr Chikka Krishna
founder chairman- Pochampally Handloom Park.
The Expo will be on till 10th October 2017,
